Deep red purple color. Complex aromas of small black fruits, leather and undergrowth notes. Unctuous and spicy mouth with notes of pepper and elegant tannins. The mouth ends on persisting toasted aromas.
To be served at 61°F (16°C). Perfectly goes with cockerels in wine sauce, lamb ribs, stew, red meats and soft fermented cheeses.

Vinification | Handpicked and sorted at the vineyard. The harvest is quickly taken to the winery to prevent oxidation and get sorted again. 12-month aging. 50% of the cuvee is aged in oak casks, other 50% is aged in new oak barrels. |
