|Soil||Mixed soil: pepples, quartz, clay and gravel|
|Wine Making||Vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and 18 months in new oak barrels.|
|Vinification||Fermenting of the grapes by maintaining a temperature of 20C and then 24-25C, in order to enrich the wine with fruit, crispness and freshness. Towards the middle of the fermentation the temperature is raised to 26-32C to gain a complex wine.|
