Beautiful bright salmon hue. The notes of red berries, currant, cherry, wild strawberry mingle with the spicy aroma of iris, discrete buttered notes, which all contribute to great purity. Suavity and richness are perfectly balanced with acidity and bitterness. The length is remarkable and the finish is of fresh cherry and toasted notes.

|Vinification||48 hours settling, each vintage ferments separately, alcoholic fermentation without added sulphite in oak barrels, Temperature (15 to 25 C) for 3 weeks, partial malolactic fermentation to respect the Pinot Noir aroma and keep freshness in the mouth|
|Aging||15 months total, 12 months in French oak barrels (20% casks new on the vintage) and 3 months stainless steel tank|
