Description&Tasting :

It is a fruity, spicy, meduim-bodied wine with supple tannins and delicate finish. A pale rose petal color, clear and brilliant with crystalline tints. A delicious bouquet with fruity notes of red berries: red currants, strawberries and white peach. Very pleasant freshness, very easy to drink. On the palate: tangy with notes of pink grapefruit and other citrus fruits. 

Food&Wine paring :

This Wine goes well with red meats, stuffed squid, grilled vegetables and tapas. 

Area The plots where the grapes are grown are located on the Roussillon plain - 45 hectares
Soil Calcareous-clay and pebbly
Wine Making The grape bunches are picked early in the morning to preserve their freshness. After picking they are delicately pressed in an oxygen free environment. The musts are left to settle before fermentation at low temperature. Direct pressing.
Aging Should be drunk young, in within 2 years.
Annual Production 120 000 bottles
