Thank you very much to Chef-Owner Jeoffrey Offer of Butcher’s House Brasserie and Owner-Winemaker Timothee Hebrard of Chateau Trianon for an evening of excellent French Food & Wine. We appreciate the efforts of both teams and thank Tim for coming all the way from Saint Emilion to share the history of his family, the estate, and the winemaking practices of Bordeaux and Saint Emilion.
